$400 for LSD..cheap or expensive?

Is $400 cheap or expensive for a JDM LSD? This guy wants to sell it to me for $400 with installation. It's the 6 bolt one but is the 5 bolt better?

ive seen em go for around 350. saw some clown selling one on ebay for like 900 though

Check your local junkyards, because I found one from a S14 with only 8k miles on the unit, for $150. And the installation is not that hard took me and a fried about 1.5hrs.

They are getting the stock like J30 or JDM S13 ones for $300, not the mechanical ones that you insert into your pumpkin.

$400 for VLSD is expensive...

they go for around $200 like marshun said..

And the $800+ LSD that they are talking about are 1.5 and 2 way LSD, way way way better than a VLSD.

Does the J30 or JDM s13 VLSD (or USDM VLSD) need the 5 bolt axles? IF so, if one doesn't buy them with the VLSD, how hard are they to get separatly?
