4 wheel steering?

alright now im confused

planing to replace leaky *** steering rack when i have engine removed

so while im pricing it at carsteering.com its gives me an option of either 2 or 4 wheel steering for the '90 but theres only 2 wheel steering for th '89

did i miss something :confused:
