so i own a 95 240sx, and i took it in for a full alignment. The shop whrere i took it too told me they couldn't warranty the alignment because of caster. They told me no adjustments where available for the caster, and the only thing i could do was rotate my tires every 3000 miles. The car has no accidents on its history, atleast according to Car fax.

Does anyone one how to correct the caster problem that it has? i also hear squeaking sounds when i was on the hwy, doing about 75mph.

If you have stock tension rods, the caster is not adjustable. If the bushings in the tension rods are worn, castor will be off and or wonky and cause all sorts of weird feelings in your front suspension. I recommend SPL tension rods because I have them and they are great. My car had a "walking" vibration that I've replaced tension rods, tie rod ends, steering rack bushings in order to nix. Now I know for a fact that it's tires and I can live with that because i can balance tires as much as i need too.
