4 vac line under the Intake plenum??

ok so i started taking my clip apart ready to pull the engine out. and what i notice is This 4 vacume line that locate under the intake plenum and go to a can and 2 check valve. WTF is it for??it got 2 plug that go to the can. but it goes to the chassis harness. so i have no idea. help please. BTW my clip is an Automatic. but i'm converting it to 5spd. thanks C

plug them all. actually only three of them need to be plugged. top and bottom for shure and then one of the middle ones. i cant remember. but yeah just plug them and forget the canister. you will be just fine.
