Not in an Altima - proper racing harness installation is done one of two ways - anchoring them to the tethers in the back seat or, more appropriately, installing them to a roll cage/bar. Not a lot of guys have done this bc proper installation renders the back seat almost useless. Rather silly for an Altima since the back seat is one of the perks, but it all depends on what you want to do with your car.

Usually its installed hooked onto the back seats with a harness bar/roll cage.
I don't have an example of the harness but I do have the harness bar:



Since you have a coupe, you probably won't have room in the back seats if you do go this route
