#4 Injector No Juice?

Had a run ability problem. My mechanic gave me a tester to plug into the injector clip. All 3cyls passed the test with a blinking light. The rear cylinder however did not. Mechanic said to start wiggling wires to see if there is a short, wiggle everything up to the ECU. If you cant find any he said, it could be a computer issue. Has anyone had this problem before?
