If you dont know I just got the s366 and it has a 4 inch outlet on the turbine side. I had a hard enough time squeezing in the 3 inch downpipe....Im wondering if anyone has wedged in a 4 inch dp on a S-chassis? Or if there is a way around this? I was thinking that I may have to either dent up the fire wall where that hump is or cut and weld up something for it to fit over there......

3.5" is the max in most s-chassis setups.

4" downpipe is doable... we made one for my S14/RB26 setup:

I used a mid-90's Pathfinder brake master cylinder in lieu of my Z32 master cylinder. Same 1-1/16" bore, but the brake lines are on the "driver's" side of the master cylinder and I just made a few brake lines from Earl's/Russell fittings/lines. This gave me all the room I needed for my 4" down-pipe, but still tight nonetheless.

I thought that the s14 and s14 bodied 240's have way more room under the hood than the 89-93 240sx's......?

i believe the engine compartment area is identical. you could also get creative and use oval pipe to help with clearance where it gets tight (steering column).
