#4 Cyl not sparking?

Well I just got my car running again after about a year. Fired up good, But for some odd reason I'm not getting spark on the #4 coilpack. I've check the harness ground, which is good. Other then that I'm not sure what to check..

I swapped coilpacks around and no matter what the #4 cyl dosent want to fire. Any suggestions?

EDIT: The engine is an S13 SR blacktop.

Timing was fine before I parked itInjector is getting pulseswapped coilpacks and theyre all goodpins in coilpack harness are goodcoilpack harness is getting power on #4 plugIgnitor was good before parking itECU was also good before parking it

Only thing I havent checked is the spark plugs themselves because I cant find my damn extension

Anyways gonna go to crappy tire and buy new plugs...If that dosent work, I'm all out of ideas.

Well its not the plugs...

compression test it to see if your valve seat is stuck maybe....

so if you unplug your number 4 coilpack nothing changes.... and if you put in another coil pack in that one nothing changes as well??? cuz if thats so check grounds.....gotta be in the wiring if its not the injector or the coil pack, or a sticky valve.

I'm going to compression test it next when I get a chance..

I swapped injectors today From #1 to #4 and still no difference..Also I swap coilpacks and nothing changes...

Weird thing is the car ran perfect before I parked it...
