P0135 heater element is shot
P0141 heater element is shot
P0155 same as P0135
P0161 same as P0141

It's basically saying that ALL 4 sensors are shot simultaneously. This is not the case. In fact there was a TSB for this, the Nissan Xterra had this same EXACT issue. I strongly suspect that if nothing else it is simply a matter of unplugging and reconnecting the O2 sensors AND while you are there, taking a good look at any ground wires running off of the sensors. I dug up this link. I hope it helps.

It's a rather unusual thing to experience, however I'vee seen this happen before sometimes because the plug wasn't secured and it wiggled loose while driving, resulting in bad mileage before I realized I had a disconnected O2.

Surf this website for O2 sensors-there is a lot of info

How many miles do you have on your car? Is this the first set of
O2 sensors?

I had to change all of mine at about 125K as I kept getting codes. I
haven't had another o2 sensor code in several years. But mrwoodsatu
could be right about the wiring-it's exposed pretty bad to heat and moisture.

Basically when the sensors get too old they don't send a signal quick enough
to the ECU. The ECU will correlate the reading from one O2 sensor to another
and if the correlation is off, you get the malfuncion indicator light. You might
try cleaning them VERY carefully first but i bet they are shot if there is a lot
of miles on them. Bosch O2 sensors have worked well for me for several years.
