I want more top end power in my SOHC, and ive looked at hotshot and even pacesetter (plz forgive me), but both seem to use the tri-Y 4-2-1 design and those are really better for midrange with less power gained up top.. being a 240, especially a SOHC I dont really have any low-mid range power problems, but after 4500 my cars dead as a door nail...

now I know S&S and I think gude both make 4-1 headers, but not many people seem to know much about them, or if they're even still available.

Any help??

Dead as a doornail in what way? It seems restricted or it just runs out of breath?

well it just seems restricted.. like at 4000-4700 or so it has a nice healthy surge of power, but after 5000 it just feels like im hurting the motor almost because the power drops off noticeably

I would really like to be able to rev to my redline making good power all the way there yknow, but it seems like my car doesnt like to be revved O.o
