Car: 2005 NISSAN PATHFINDER SE OFF ROAD

2005 Pathfinder 4.0 engine replacement. Has anyone had experience with one of the engine re-manufacturers out there that they can elaborate on? I'm hoping to get a word from someone who has gone that route. I have talked to multiple providers but still not convinced that I know who is best with their product. Thx in advance.
