3rd Times the Charm( Brake caliper problems) help!

My rear left brake caliper has been giving me problems ever since i got the car.the first time the seal was bad it it was leakingSecond time the piston was seized third time it seems the piston has no pressure.

When i tried to twist the piston back in to check ti it was seized i was able to turn it with my fingersand my fingers alone it was that loose.. i twisted it it all the way out and in with my fingers.

Is this supposed to happen?the caliper eats break pads and temp on that wheel/caliper are always high along with the rich smell of burning break pads

both times i bought used calipers.i guess ill have it suck it up and buy new one this time.

is their ANY thing that could be causing the caliper to do this? cuz as i said iwa s able to twist this one with my bare fingers so tis not seized.

I know this is simple but, just in case :Checked brake lines right?Anything looked pinched?

ill take a look when its light out. but as far as im concerned i don think so but anythings possible.ill check that particular brake line running to the left rear.
