Some of you already know my story, short story is that this car had given me sooo much headache and cost me so $$$ but FINALLY she up and running and tuned. The car held up fine through 2 hours of consistant dyno tuning. Here are the final numbers that i was able to pull.

the 19 psi run is not tuned because we were blowing out the spark so we called it a day.

Rb25detAem EmsTurbonetics t72Bosch 044Greddy IMBuilt BottomTomei Pon CamsEbay ManifoldDeatschwerks 550cc

I could of made more but the spark was getting blown out at 19psi and my injector duty cycle on my 550's was at 91% so we called it a day. I NEED BIGGER INJECTORS!

Special thanks to Steve at SR MOTORCARS for taking care of me. STAY TUNED til get bigger injectors. Will be selling my 550cc injectors if anyone is interested.

Thats awesome, in the second vid you can see the screen mesh being sucked in by the turbo. Better watch out might suck in some unsuspecting birds and such.

i think ill be good around 500-550, anything over than that will be too scary for a street car and possibly more sht braking.

yea definately need more rpm, too bad my head is not fully built... i was topping her out at 7400rpm. most of my power is up top by the way. my power band is not ideal but its great at freeway races.

i get full boost around 5400rpm.

s*** I never realized that is a 72mm lol. Yeah larger injectors and take her to 8grand power band will be decently nice for sure. That curve isn't dropping anytime soon granted your cams will keep up.

850-9 yeah, depends on his exhaust A/R. But its plenty large for an s chassis.

i have a few more questions about the manifold

-did you have to cut and clock the t3 flange??-are you using a 38mm wastegate??-if so above^ are you having any boost control issues?? im assuming not according to the boost graph.

im sure she is a beast on the freeway...cheers.

Very nice numbers. Any Idea on what your Intake temps were during your runs?

Also are you on stock coils?

jesus christ that is a super laggy turbo... Unless you plan and changing your entire fuel setup and trying to hit 800+hp I would toss that turbo out for something smaller with better spool..

Im pretty sure hes going for big power. Why else use a 72mm. Hes just working with what hes got right now and its pretty damn good so far.

no idea on what intake temps are, i should of logged it. as far as then coils they are stock.

the original goal was 700-800hp but things change during the build. i am changing my fuel set up but i am also going with something a tad smaller. something good for 500hp that spools nicely. (hx35)
