3rd gen Max bose tape head unit 180 5 pin din ?

Hi all

I have the aboveI'd like top hook up my mp3 via a input rather than using a tape adaptor as I currently do. It sounds surprisingly ok.

Any of you folks know what the 5 pin 180 din does ? or it's pinout? I've touched each one with the volume cranked and got a little light clicking but no good hum.I measured the voltage at 10.7 dc on the other end of all 4 rca centre pins to a 180 5pin din
