Besides the e-brake cables and rear disk asembly, what else do i need to convert a 1990 GXE to rear disk brakes?!

You'll also need a master cylinder for a 4-wheel disk model (if you have ABS be sure to get one for 4-wheel ABS to be on the safe side and if not, get one that's for non-ABS 4-wheel disk setups). You'll also probably need different rear brake lines so definitely keep that one in mind.
