3rd gear sorry???

Check this right I was racing with a friend with a stock 96 civic now and mine is stock 93 240sx se. my friend is a little more experienced than me though but I left him by half a car lenght in first then barley pulling away in second but just as soon as I hit third he caught me and passed me tried to catch him in fourth but couldnt. Whats the deal???

not seeing how this is ka-t related...................but was everything stock? this includes rims and all that stuff. if he is stock, u should've have had him pending that ur car didnt have a bunch of stuff in the trunk and that ur a competent driver. i dont endorse street racing but i would think u shouldve had him...................this is a thread for the gen 240sx forum tho.
