SO about a week ago I replaced the clutch master and slave cylinders, then adjusted the clutch. Now the car seems very slightly louder. And 3rd gear seems rough under acceleration, and I don't know if this is a gear issue or if it's even related at all to the clutch. Basically 3rd gear seems rough. Did I adjust the clutch too far forward? Or is this something else entirely? Car is a 91 N/A with 151,000 miles. Any ideas.

Does it shake the car or something? I'm not sure I understand what ya mean, rough...is it vibrations or noise or something else?

I wouldn't say it shakes the car, but there is a very slight vibration, very slight. It's very slightly louder as well. It's just not as smooth as it should be. And it's most pronounced in third gear for some reason.
