Well it's the third day on the install. I been taking lots of pictures. I will post a full write up on the whole swap very soon.

Anyhow, I've run into some problems..the car i used was a auto 1991 s13. i pulled the transmission and cut the harness knowing i won't be using any of those wires. My question is, will it affect affect it on start up? Do I have to rewire anything because the car thinks it's in drive and won't allow it to crank? Because it won't start. It cranks if I manually put a screwdriver on the starter.

Next question. Will the car start without the MAF?

Where is the boost selenoid located?

How do I plug the fuel Wires? I don't remember if the fuel filter goes on the top line or bottom.

and last but least, Where is this wire located. I don't have the KA harness anymore. (From the KA ECU plug, connect Red wire (101 ECCS Relay))

yes it'll start without maf

and with an auto swap you have to put the auto gear selecter in P or N and if you get rid of it there are two wires you have to splice together for it to crank/start with the key. they write up is in the rwd sr forum in the stickies.

boost solenoid is somewhere by the turbo on the same vac line as wastegate

Theres a 2 pin plug with thick wires by the engine bay fuse box. Connect the two wires together to get the car to crank. You will also need one of the plugs from the auto transmission harness to so that you can hook up your reverse lights.

car will start without maf

screw the boost control solenoid, just run a vac line straight from the manifold to wastegate

don't remember which hardline is on top but, I know the line that angles towards the back of the car is the return, so the other one is the feed, which is where the fuel filter goes

red wire is located in either the brown or gray plug in the front passenger side corner of the engine bay, as are all the other necessary wires
