3rd brake light(inside the coupe)...not the wing light

ok i need to know were to get the 3rd brake light from. The one in the coupe back window. I have the '03 and the leds wet out. i need a replacment but the dealer wants $250.00 for it.......that realy high for 6, .05 cent leds. can anyone get me one or am i going to the junkyard on sat afternoon?????

Hey Kevin... Mine went out as well. I looked ALL OVER for OEM, or even after-market, with no luck. When I had the car at my mechanic for service, I asked him about it. He got me the light pod, from the dealer, for $180. The LED's should last a long time, but there must be a known issue, because my mech said that the dealer had a bunch in stock. Seems like kind of an odd item to have lots of, unless there is a demand for them.

What do you know about that Drew? Do you replace many of these?

Hey guess what i found out.... Took a lot of research but i finnaly found who makes them. Its lumaleds by Phillips. I gave them a call and they will be getting back to me on tues for a price. Ill let you know what i find out!
