i dont have the transmission anymore and were officially starting at 12 but were goin to be there around 7-8 am to reserve a bbq spot. your welcome to come anytime.

Should still be taking the S13. Got the 86 fixed with the knocking sound, finally got my TRD lsd for it and will have that in by next week. Now I'm trying to find longer wheel studs for the rears cause my watanabes aren't seated in right.

Oh well it is a Nissan meet after all...

Hey Justin what time are you leaving to head up to the meet? I live in Vista off Hwy 78, maybe we can meet up and drive up together, perhaps we can get a few more of the SO SoCal people and cruise up together since we have so far to drive.

I'll rock that idea. My S13 won't be able to keep up though so don't blow me out too bad on the FWY cruise.

Here's something funny. Went to get the car smogged today and they couldn't get the car over the smog equipment! The coilovers dropped the car so much, that the HKS exhaust didn't clear. I gotta take it to an exhaust shop monday morning(bout a mile from my work) and get some custom exhaust hangers and maybe a new cat. My cars are nickel and diming me to death. lol But I'll have the car ready to go one way or another. Oh yes I will.

I only said that cause i'm running a KAE w/ 196k miles and my only power mod is an HKS N/A exhaust.

Well we got everything done on the 240, so we will be there. I will be bringing some Sr20 parts to the meet if anyone need them:

- ECU: Number 62 for a Redtop : $150.00 - Coilpacks - Stock with harness (coilpack Harness): $80.00 - Ignitor: Stock from SR20 front clip: $125.00

These are all in working order, they were removed off of my 240 over the weekend, and replaced with a new set-up..

Probably so, lol well my S14 is pretty modded in the suspension dept Off topic I would love to get a Hachi myself but my wife is frowning that idea. I would love to see yours though!

Dang guys, it's lunar new years on jan 29th - Too many family commitments all day long ... well, that and partying all week long, ROFL.

I may be dropping by, should be fun to see some more local 240's.

Yeah I know what you mean, too bad that when they say SoCal they mean LA area and not SD. I hate driving a F'ing hour to hang out with the family (240 guys). We need some kind of group in SD. Do you know any?

We use to do some local meets down here in San Diego, from Escondido, to downtown. But the scene kinda died off after a few months.

I'm not hero material. Especially considering how much crap my babies are giving me. I don't regret them, but damn they're finicky. The 86 is at the shop right now and we're trying to get a new TRD LSD put in, plus get longer rear wheel studs to clear the watanabe 15x7's better(got almost no stud clearance ). Also got timing issues with the S13, but I'll still take it anyway. I'll e-mail you tonight when I get home. We'll work something out.

JUST got my 1986 AE86 repair manual yesterday from Toyota. Gonna be using that sucka alot I think.

Meh... Might not be going now. Still haven't gotten the 86 out of the shop(whoever owned the car before the guy I bought it from, put Zenki axles in it and we just found out, when it's suppose to be kouki's in there), and my S13 just ate part of my wiring harness along the left front tire. I'll see what I can do in the morning before I have to work, but not looking good. Might be starting my SR swap a week earlier than I wanted...
