I have a sorry excuse for a computer:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 2800+Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6200, 351 MHz / 531 MHzSystem Memory: 1536 MBDisk Model: WDC WD1200JB-00FUA0Disk Space: 114.47 GBMotherboard: MS-6702Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP*Updated using 3DMark06 Basic Edition 1.10

217. Pitiful. I wonder what a mac would score?

But it plays BF2, C&C3TW and movies just fine.

This is a Direct X 9 benchmark. OSX has no use for Direct X. For argument's sake I will fire up my MacBook and run it in Windows via my Parallels Virtual Machine, I guess I could also run it on some of my machines running Windows via BootCamp. I will tell you one thing however, Apple's hardware configuration is beautiful. I have not seen any "PC" run windows near as fast as a Mac. We have a few of the quad core (Dual Dual Core Xeon 3.0) Mac Pros with fully buffered ECC ram and they are MONSTERS. I want to get my hands on one of the new 8 core, yes 8 core, Mac Pros.
