So I've heard rumors of the 390z coming next year. Does anyone have any info or pics? Im curious to see where they are going with the z series.

I'm new around here, but I think this section is for for events and gatherings and such... Maybe repost in the 350Z/370Z general discussion forum?

I don't know what the next Z version is but there have been mention of a 390z for a while. With the GT-R running a 3.8L a 380z could easily be possible. A turbo-4 based upon a MB powerplant is also a possibility.

What I've seen in couple reviews is that they are going to do the first ever z downsize giving it a 3.0 v6. Hopefully that is just a load of s***. But im still looking foward to it either way. A 3.0 means a possible reserection of the vg engines which is great for the z31/32 owners... but bad for the z series as a whole.

But you are also the second person to mentiom the 3.8 as an option. So hopefully they go with that... fingers crossed.

If anyone can verify either of these rumors that would be great.

I'd be alright with a 380, besides...it's been done before so it should be easy to do it again. ;)
