38100-0C760 (4.08 FD?) - Will it fit on a G37 or G37X?

Hi there.

I am still in the process of selling my G35 coupe, and I have yet to figure out what car to get. At the end of the day, I think I am going to end up getting a 2009 or 2010 G37 or G37X sedan.

Now my question: I have 38100-0C760 Nissan Gear Seat on my 5AT G35--which I believe is the 4.08 FD from a Nissan Frontier. Would there be any issues transferring this to the 7-speed auto G37 or G37X?
