Would have to find out the offsets to be sure. My guess is they will fit, but won't look right due to higher offsets.

The back ones have a very deep offset...look how much the fender sticks out. I would say even if it fit, it wouldn't look good at all.

Ok, took the time to look.

Found this for the Nismo 370z wheels:
19X9.5 +40 front
19X10.5 +23 rear

VS the Rays 19" G35 wheels (19x8 +33/19x8.5 +30)

Front:
Wheel Inboard increase (inches): 1.025
Wheel Outboard increase (inches): .474

Rear:
Wheel Inboard increase (inches): .724
Wheel Outboard increase (inches): 1.275

So would worry about room for shock/spring or coilover in the front and the fender in the rear. Will depend on tires as well.

Run a spacer up front, at least a 20mm and a 10mm spacer in the rear and those will fit the g35 coupe like a glove...
Commonly used after-market offsets:
Very Aggressive:

Front width: 9.5" +19mm offset
Rear with: 10.5" +17mm offset

Aggressive:
Front width: 8.5" +20-22mm offset
Rear width:9.5" +22 mm offset
Just keep in mind this aggressive setup won't fit so well if the car is not lowered.
