Will there be any improvement if I installed the stock 370z exhaust on my new altima? I have see one for real cheapish on craigslist and was thinking about it, was not sure if it would be any improvement at all. Knowing Nissan it could even be the same part...

Any input? (ASAP-ish)

i dont think itll bolt right on, itll take some cutting and welding, and i dont think youll see any performance gains, better off looking aftermarket

Not worth the hassle. Just purchase one of the many aftermarket exhaust systems already available.

I took your advice, I got Trigger_Storey's old setup from 2008-2012-altima-coupe-exhaust-and-inta ... l#p6139688 K&N Typhoon (69 series) SR-CAI and Tanabe exhaust. Installed in last Monday, cant even describe the improvement in response and sound. :woot:
