I know it's well worth the $3000 but unfortunately, here in Oregon there are no 2009 base w/sport left. So, I'm actually thinking of getting the base without it. For those with the sport, how good is the syncro rev matching? Feedback on the syncro would be great. Thanks in advance!

If you can afford the Sports package I will highly recommend getting it. LSD, brakes and wheels. That is a cheap package, plus throw in Syncro Rev.

The Syncro Rev works great. I test drove one. There is nothing like diving into corners not having to worry about bleeping your throttle. You just brake, downshift, turn and burn!!! I like my Z33, but the Z34 Syncro Rev is something I wish I had, plus the gear indicator on the dash is just nice.

^ The rev matching is neat and puts less stress on the engine. It seemed to me that it slowed the car down do to shift time though a little.

I think you will regret it if you don't. Just ask the dealer to find you a basic model with it and have it transfered to his dealership.

definitely go for sport package. You'll get bbk, bigger wheels, etc...it's worth more than $3K in my opinion.

Get the sports package. The bigger brakes does make a differenece and the wheels. I love the braking power.

I have one with the Sport and Touring packaging and here is my opinion... hopefully you havn't pulled the trigger yet. You can do a much better job with a after market exaust and you can put your own rims and breaks on but you WILL have to pay more in order to do so. HOWEVER... what you can't add on is the "syncro rev match" and it is SSIIICCCKK . Must have!! So travel to buy, order one, or wait.
