My injectors are old and arent spraying right.I want to upgrade to 370cc ones but Ive heard horror stories of fouling plugs and destroying O2 sensor with larger injectors.Would 370cc be too big without a ECU upgrade?How bad would my gas milage be affected cause it already sucks (17-20mpg)?

have you tested or sent off your injectors to be tested?

without rom tune or afc or a hacked maf, you not ever gonna use that much fuel in n/a ka form PERIOD, so you mileage will decrease further and performance as well.

now if your getting 20mpg you may have other issues I'd look into maintenance items way before putting in useless injectors. I seriously dont know why you think your injectors are "old and not spraying right" nissan used pretty good injectors in the ka, not very big but highly clog resistant.

in short bigger injectors without some form of tuning for them = waste of time and money. Toss in some lucas injector cleaner and a new filter, maybe a glance at your plugs/wires/cap/rotor see if they are good. Hope it helps

well when i took out my plugs a few of them looked weirdone side of one of them was black nd the other side was whitesomeone told me that the injector was cloged nd was spraying only to one side of the cylinder (which i guess makes sense?)i guess that would also explain loss of power? incomplete burn? cause i noticed my exhaust is rly hottit idles like poop now it shakes nd it is a little low (bout 700, normally 1000)after like 3000 its smooth but feels soo slow (almost like if ur ebrake is on)i was just curious cause if i have to get new ones i guess getting an upgrade would be better than stock?but wat ur saying is if i dont tune it then it will just waste gas?aight but should i try more cleaner? (ive done it b4 but it only helps that tank of gas, new gas same problem) the fuel filter is new, cap nd rotor. maybe wires are a must?i did the spray bottle trick on them nd it didnt sputter or anythingill try that lucas cleaneri love thier oil additiveshope it helps too lol

if anyone else has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated!!!

you should try to use SEA FOAM. It'll clean out all the build up your car migh have.

dont go dumping in an entire bottle, use it as directed, but skip addign to oil unless its time. I suggest using as many vac sources as you can so you get the most clean from it. Another thing I have done is on a warm motor vac in a small amount of water best to regulate wiht a valve of sorts. I do it once in a while...

opif you saw they are spraying to only the one side try a bath in seafoam or gasoline ,they could be done for... if you can get some 370's and an afc to take away some fuel it would be good or get a bigger maf to compensate the injectors... search it.

you could try to use more fuel injector cleaner just use a little less gas to cleaner and make sure its a good product....

well i do have a SAFC (apexi) which i just put up a post asking who to install it ( zerothread?id=279789 ) but if i did id need a N60 MAF i guess.so maybe i could do the 370s if the sea foam doesnt work?ive never heard of it, could i get it at like autozone or pepboys?nd put it in the tank nd soak the injectors in some too?
