Hello all....Today was an exhausting day to say the least.... Started wrenching just before 10:00am and got home at midnight! Started the day by installing a Garrett GT25R and then dyno tuning the car. Scott is pure genius.... We used his "Nissdata" programming and got the car tuned perfectly. Wanted to keep the AF's conservative for safety reasons due to stock headgasket. The car is a monster... pulls very smooth and hard! I always said that when I started really going at this car, I would bring it to Secret Services and let Scott tune it based on his accomplishments with the SR and his SSPL rom tuning. I am glad to say I was not dissapointed at all! Thanks to Mattback to for helping out all day! Gonna leave it alone for awhile til I can scrape together enough dough for Greddy Intake manifold, o2 housing, headgasket, headstuds, and Valve springs. Then we'll turn up the boost and really see what happens. Here's the graph:

Whats weird is that all day I was hitting full boost at about 4200 but on this graph it is a lot higher.. I don't know why, maybe Scott can chime in and explain. ANyway mods are:S13SR, GT25R .86 A/R, Tubular manifold, HKS actuator, 3" FUll exhaust, DP, Testpipe, Greddy VSPL, Tomei 740cc, Walbro, Z32 Mafs, HKS 264 cams, RAS, SSPL ECU.

BMW Evergreen. The old Volks are staying put. No way I'll ever sell!

Yea I had the KAT before but went SR for simplicity.

Shane- The GT25R has a pretty standard T25 Back housing (turbine) with an upgraded wheel in it but the huge, and I do mean HUGE difference is the compressor... This turbo has a full T04S compressor on it, I wish I would have had my camera to take a pic of the two side by side. If you are not familiar with a To4S let me tell you that the inlet for the compressor is 4" in diameter where as the T25 is about 1 3/4"-2" It looks like you could almost fit the whole T25 compressor inside of it lol. Put it this way... I had to grind off about 1/2" from my motor mount to get this thing to fit under there. If you added a greddy intake manifold, headgasket, headstuds, o2 housing, and valvesprings to my current setup, I could easily make 420+rwhp A T28 could get you about 300 or so max.

Cool thanks. Did you consider the T3/T4 tybrid or Turbonetics Super 60 Turbo? Im inquiring cuz someday I will need to upgrade as well.

How is your MAFS hooked up, the only pictures I found of the GT25R don't look like there is a way to use a filter with that turbo and the inlet is much larger than the MAFS from what I can see.

Shane- I wanted to keep the stock manifold setup.... I actually have a Stainless Steel equal lenght manifold on the car now but it utilizes the factory turbo location and downpipe, if this manifold ever cracks, I can throw the stock one back on. Way less fabrication and $$$$

BaliLover- Scott at Secret Services fabricated a bad *** intake pipe that actually comes out of the turbo and clears both the power steering and AC!! Its 3" mandrel bent Stainless steel, he said he's actually more proud of that pipe then the pipe that's on his own car! lol. We used a 4" to 3" silicone reducer from turbonetics as well.
