Hi

Is it possible to add 360 camera to 2010 M37?
If yes, what except mirrors needs to be changed from Q70?

It may be possible but it definitely won't be easy. At a minimum you'd need to add 3 cameras and an AVM controller, plus all the wiring, then reconfigure the BCM and head unit (or possibly change the latter). It will be a ton of work and a lot of parts.

I installed imported Y51 Fuga mirrors from Japan. Any suggestions on how to get that drivers side mirror front facing camera working?

None whatsoever, sorry. The side mirror cams on USDM Nissans are all the fisheye type pointing down. Without a Fuga-specific wiring diagram, I think you're probably SOL.

I can’t help you with this but I can confirm you will need at least new door wiring harness. Somehow the connector for the mirror doesn’t have the wires for the camera, but the connector is the same. So not sure if the rest of the car has the wiring for it. This is not a worthwhile effort lol
