wow again, my friends z wont rev part 1.5k with the charger installed. we installed it fine, ran awesome then after a while it starts this, the car has goodplugs, the other mods are clutch / fw combo, borla true dual exhaust, test pipes, i was told the test pipes could be causing the car to think its too rich and that might be the issue but if we pull negative it runs fine for a while, we double checked wiring and i still cannot find anything. again the issue is that the car will run fine for a while then at random it wont let u rev it past like 2k it just jerks kinda like a fuel cut

Have you checked the ECU codes?

If the MAF or another vital ECU sensor is faulty or even dirty sometimes, the ECU will go into limp home mode. It won't let the motor rev past, usually 2500. This is the case on Skylines, 240SX's and 300ZX's...dunno about the 350Z. I'm just tossing out whatever comes to mind. Check out the MAF, make sure its plugged in right etc. Its to new to be dirty, but the sensor filament is very fragile and may break off or come loose.

Yes I would check MAF and connections. Then disconnect your battery for about an hour and then reconnect the battery, this will reset your ECU so it will recognize the MAF. then get in and drive it like you stoled it so you ECU will set at max performance.
