350z wheel ?

I have a 95 240sx se and a friend of mine has a set of 350z 17's and was wondering if anybody knows if they will fit fine. I think the sizes are 17x8 in front and 17x8.5 in back. Im not sure of the offset and I was also wondering what size tires to get

Any info will be great thanks , chris

not without spacers, and search, this was discussed in depth before.-chet
