There are a few things to keep in mine when buying a 350z suspension. If you want a complete suspension, buy the revised setup. 2004.5 or newer. Reason being the unrevised setup, 2003-2004 had a bouncy effect. The revised setup corrected this problem buy addressing the strut/shock. They also raised the spring rate of the rear shock from 347 to 427, the front spring rate stayed the same.
Now if you have a sport suspension on your sedan already, then all you need to do is change out the springs with unrevised springs, which have a 347 rear spring rate. The unrevised spring is to stiff for the sedan sport shock and it will not be dampened properly.
But in the end, I suspect you probably got 50-60k miles on your current suspension, so a complete z suspension with less than 10k miles from a 05,06,07 Z would be ideal and the cheapest route for a better ride and lower vehicle.
