Yes they are a direct fit. I do not recommend that you use the 350z springs with your shocks if you have a non sport suspension. In that case I recommend just buying a complete *revised* used 350z suspension. Most sell for $200 dollars all day long.

springs and shocks/struts. If you buy a complete z suspension, everything in the front, spring/strut will come assembled. The rear suspension is different, the spring sets separate from the shock.

There are a few things to keep in mine when buying a 350z suspension. If you want a complete suspension, buy the revised setup. 2004.5 or newer. Reason being the unrevised setup, 2003-2004 had a bouncy effect. The revised setup corrected this problem buy addressing the strut/shock. They also raised the spring rate of the rear shock from 347 to 427, the front spring rate stayed the same.

Now if you have a sport suspension on your sedan already, then all you need to do is change out the springs with unrevised springs, which have a 347 rear spring rate. The unrevised spring is to stiff for the sedan sport shock and it will not be dampened properly.

But in the end, I suspect you probably got 50-60k miles on your current suspension, so a complete z suspension with less than 10k miles from a 05,06,07 Z would be ideal and the cheapest route for a better ride and lower vehicle.

Complete, buy front spring/strut and rear spring and shocks. I would look for 06-07 setup which will probably have the least amount of miles.

don't recommend any z spring if you don't have at least the sport tuned suspension already. You will not like the ride and will wear out your shocks prematurely. Your springs are not as stiff as the z springs, therefore your shocks will not dampen them properly. Just buy the complete z suspension that I recommended in previous posts.

I got 350Z S-techs for my coupe (Sport) I think they are 427 rear.. they were the stiffest springs I could find for the coupe.

I'm installing on Saturday, I'll let you guys know how it goes.

You will be fine.

Just beware that H&R sport springs G35 sedan (progressive springs) give a drop f/r 1.3"/1.2" and no spring rate info. H&R refuses to give it out, something that is critical to making a informed buying decision, buyer beware.

With that type of drop you are coming close to needing adjustable suspension components to correct the camber. I have about a 1.2" drop and I'm right at the border on my alignment specs. About a 1" drop gives you some room for error. We all know the adverse affects negative camber and toe mis-alignment.
