350z radio to 240sx?

do you guys think the new 350z stereos will fit on my 97 240sx?? because i could get a great deal on 350z bose stereo,amp,sub and speakers as a package.

do 350z's use din slot stereo's? If so it could be done pretty easily.

another question, i have a generic cd player installed right now. my friend told me, bose uses different wiring and i have to swap all the harnesses. is this true?
