wish i could put a RB in my Z...did you make custom motor mounts and transmission mounts? also, how well did it fit? were you able to push it down and back? ive always wanted to do this in my Z...

From the looks of it, it seems like you are going to replace practically the entire shell of the 350z. You planning on keeping it oem or body kit? I say entire carbon fiber .

That reminds me, I once saw a carbon fiber dodge viper. It was raining hard that day so I'm not sure if it was some elaborate paint job or real carbon fiber, but whatever it was it looked sick (the good kind)!! The entire shell was carbon fiber, with what seemed like a greenish tint so it may have even been carbon kevlar. Rich people and their money...

what a waste of money.. the car is already fiberglass.

You should keep the bullet holes. I think it would look bad*** haha. Good luck with the project.

ive been thinking of doing the same thing to my 350. its it a tough job to convert to skyline engine ? im really intrested to do it. thanks

wow thats a rough looking car, but awesome project. i loce that swap. i think the rb looks much more at home than a vq in a 350 engine bay.

Would like to revive this topic, want to know whats going on, any pics, seems like ppl are asking but no response, also you posted you would put pics from start to finish?????, iam really curious as well as many others to see hows the project is going.
