350z parts

Anyone know yet if any parts from the 350z fit the s14 240sx?

I'm assuming the engine's a no-go because of the size. But what about brakes, differential, seats, etc etc.....

I guess that brings up a second question...would it be too expensive to even consider?

i think the rims have the same offset as the five lug se
