350Z intake on a VQ30dek maxima block

wondering if anybody knows if we can use a 350Z intake on a VQ30DEK Maxima engine. This is for the engine not the car so do not consider the car just the motor.

It is a race project in a 240SX

REASON: Throttle body input is on the back of the motor when you mount it as a rear wheel drive motor. It places it to close to the firewall.
