Jumpin over to the 350z forums now cuz im looking far into the future and hoping to own one.. or the 370z?

This is what im confused about.. For as long as ive been alive i think ive seen the following.. 180sx-200sx-240sx-300zx and now the 350z. From what i remember the series has always been 2+2 seaters up until the 350z. Im assuming that the g35 kinda replaces the 2+2 seater issue.

So my question is for the 370z or the future of the Z series, will they all be 2 seaters from now on? (Im assuming since the skyline is now the 2+2 sports car)

And, how is the depreciation on the 350's? Ive been reading its really bad, some even as low as the 15-20k. Sadly, in Canada are lowest value would probably be 25k for 100k + mileage.

Also, anyone have news of the new Z?

Not making the z anymore,what.....Nissan has full intentions of producing the z, when they consistantly sell as many zs as they do, the model isnt going anywhere. The new 370z will continue to be a 2 seater.

Your all messed up bro. You have the lineage wrong. the sx cars are a different class of cars all together. The Z cars have always been the pure bread sports car. Some of the 300zx cars where 2+2, but this is not the norm, and ill fated imho. The sx cars are more like sprot couples then sport cars. the Z car family goes like this 240z, 260z, 280z, 300z(x)z31, 300zx (z32), then the 350z. The only thing the z cars had in common with the sx cars are thet they are rear drive, and both share the Nissan symbol.

I don't think they've gone public wiht the new Z yet but I rpesonally suspect it might be a 3.8, and yes the Z has had a 2+2 option for most of it's years, since 75 I believe but it was just an otpion, and when nissan released the 350x the idea was taht the G35 fills the gap for a 2+2 sports coupe, and is more closely priced to the standard Z than the Z32 2+2's were, personally I feel the all ZX's were more "Grand touring" cars than trus sports cars, and honestly the Z33 is as well, I'd love to see nissan return to a trus sports car even is it were an optional "track" model, instead they gave us a "track" model with power windows!? guess they haven't spent much time at the track ?
