Hi there.. I have brought my 350Z for the clutch adjustment at my nissan dealer and incountred a problem the next morning with shifting between the gears, it was so hard to shift, and after driving for around 10 minuts it goes back to normal..!!!! is it because its too cold in here?? or did the dealer have a wrong adjustments?

Thanks.

I don't know what you mean by adjustments.... Hard to shift usually involves the synchros in the transmission. If it's ever hard to shift, you need to double clutch and try the gear again but you should never force the gear into place...that will damage the transmission. Lot of guys tend to "grip it and rip it" when they shift... but really shifting should be effortless and only require a minimal flick of the wrist. Modern synchros are pretty good, but proper shift technique will is always good. If it's an isolated incident or if double clutching works to resolve it I wouldn't worry about it, but if it's a consistent problem I'd take it back to the dealer.
