so yeah i just installed a new rebuilt transmission and a stock 350z clutch and pressure plate with a light weight rb20 flywheel. i also put the TOB for the 350z as well. now when im driving it i have to push the clutch alllll the way down just to disengage the clutch so i can go in first gear. even when i do that, it would be hard to put it in gear. for all the gears but more for first. so i tried adjusting it and i still had to put the pedal all the way down but now i hear a whinning noise when i do. i think the whinning noise is the TOB hitting something. so i just adjusted it back. the gears dont grind at all when i shift. the rebuilt transmission shift good before i put it in the car. shifts good with the car off. after a few times i pump the pedal for the clutch. i just feel ike the clutch isnt disengaging all the way. i installed all this on a 1990 240 with ka24e motor. starting to think the shift fork isnt on the pivot bolt all the way. or maybe i have to get rid of the clutch dampener for the slave cylinder. ive looked everywhere else and it seems like i did everything right. idk. any help would be nice. thanks
