350Z Big power options

I have a buddy who is really interested in buying a 350Z and just the other day me and him were talking about power upgrades. Well as you may know Greedy has made a really good twin turbo kit thats very insane the power is simply the best. But right now what is in the market for the 350Z is also the HKS Rotrex supercharger and the Vortex bolt on supercharger, and the Power Enterprises twin turbo kit. So then there are two major ways to increase big horse power Turbo-Supercharger but which one of these systems will never give you trouble with the cops and the smog. So what do you guys think?

Quick note:

What is the budget?

if you shop around for 4000 you can get a used SuperCharger including installation and a safe tune.

On a new one Installed+tuned Vortec for 5500, ProCharger for 6500 (includes having to buy a sperate timing solution on ProCharger)

All of the above will give you about 340 rwhp relatively safe on stock internals..

On the other end if you have a generous budget and want the highest power levels, build up an engine spare ( like in the link above) and run 15-20 psi of boost out of a greddy TT kit: Cost all togetehr engine plus kit plus all installs plus internals parts etc etc: 17,000-20,000

But the last option will give you the ability to hunt down Supras, Vipers, many Crotch Rockets too

smog limits you to stillen and HKS for superchargers, no turbos yet, but JWT has a TT that is borderline and isnt going to release till its smog legal.
