Keep dreamin' Hitman. Check out the current issue of Car and Driver, cover says "Weapons of Mass Distraction". They tested the Neon at 153mph top speed. It's every bit as quick as the 350Z they tested in the same issue. It's still a Neon though.

Who would want to be seen doing 153 in a damned dodge Neon?!? They put a turbocharged 2.4 liter 215hp engine in that tragedy and claim 0-60 in 6 sec (their web page says so). I never thought I'd see the day when a sap could buy a crusted econo turd and think he bought a sports car. Oh well....when they bring the ford festiva back and drop a 5.0 liter V8 with 400hp let me know.

No, you're not alone Freak. I think people should drive a slower car at first. I drove a SOHC Saturn for over a year before getting my s14. I still have the Saturn and both are stick.

I like the idea of having a turbo, but people don't realize what they're getting into. Those things just don't last as long as NA. Turbos are simply expensive. I'd be willing to bet that the type of person who buys a turbo neon won't know how to take care of a turbo car. I guess we'll see.

I bet your Glad Ford is dropping the Excursion arent you? I think this is the last year . Ford will produce a long version of the Expedition to fill the gap ...

But being in the conversion van capital of the world im surpiised your not scared of the soccer moms in the full size GM breadvans with 2000 lbs of fibergalss attached to them , and enough entratinment equipemt to make anyting on MTV's Cribs look sad ....

i don't think they make MP3's anymore. MP3 was a limited edition Protege with a little more power, 5speed, sweet sound system w/ MP3 player, rims, exhaust, etc etc. the new mazdaspeed PROTEGE has a T-25 turbo. not sure on the boost. i would take one tho, then sell it

well im loving the new VW , much beatter than the G20 in most respects , outside relaibility and build quality .

once everything is finalized ill be saveing money now for the $3,900 turbo kit for the VR6 ...i will turbo one car i own , i have to do it now ....

The G35 coupe will fill the void the G20 left , but thats after collage
