350z A-pillar weatherstriping re-do

Has anyone found a good replacement weatherstripping product for the exterior a-pillar weatherstripping (the strip that rides on the roof and windshield)

I found someone that used this product

but he was unhappy how the strip didn't really touch the roof to keep water out.

I saw this one

that MIGHT be a better option.

I'd probably skip the aftermarket and find a wrecking yard with a good Z and steal the weatherstrip from that.

It'll fit correctly, and you'll have a chance to clean and condition the rubber before installing.
