350Z 6Spd trans in a TT Z32??

Does anyone know if a 350Z 6spd transmission will fit on a 300zx twin turbo? I'm considering a manual trans swap for my Z because its an auto and I'm going crazy not being able tho drive a stick...I miss it so much. But anyways I was just curious to know because I'd rather have a 6spd instead of a 5 spd.

You know the difference between the gear ratios right? And you know that more spread out ratios are better for a turbocharged car right? And you know the 6th gear of the 350Z/G35 transmission is shorter then the Z32 5th gear right?

Not worth it. The 6spd is also weaker then the 5sp FYI.

OP if you're ready to spend money on the 350Z's 6spd, then get a 98+ 5spd from Z1 and call it a day.

There's a rebuild for the TT transmission (RE4R03A) mostly for high HP cars in which you can have a Reverse Manual Valve body.. This turns the trans into a Manual shift.. Shift pattern P, R, N, 1, 2, 3, 4. It will Hold any gear..Simple to install just remove old valve body and install new.. But, you'll have to changeout your shifter for a ratchet type..COOL
