350z/370Z gang, what does this forum need?

I'm really not sure what can be added here. This forum is already pretty f'n awesome. We have our own classified, and there are already sections for gaming, sports, and then general chat. Maybe more people could contribute stuff the the DIY or picture threads. That may spark up some conversation. I have a couple of small mods I'm doing next weekend. I'll be sure to post em up for conversation

Forum is slow it seems with not much new content on a daily basis.

Could have Z or G of the month and ask users to contribute...or have a monthly maintenance DIY that is specific to a Z or G and the season...i know things like this already exist but it could be written more like an article and would even allow for an advertiser to step in and promote their product. You could do articles like seafoaming your motor or changing your oil, but reference it using a product like toll booth willey's undershroud. That way it'd reference two parts of the website and be specific to the Z and G cars.

Just a thought because people are always looking up how to's and will find them but they aren't specific to their car. something like this would be useful and may bring people to this forum when they go looking for DIY for their cars

I ran a "what is this" contest ages ago (before the forum software switch) that had macro shots of various parts on the Z33 and a couple of holiday themed photo contests but never got much response to any of them. I can start another contest for the winter season if peeps will actually participate, or if a member has something in mind chime in. Remember, Uncle Badger has once of these...



It could make a nice poster for someone. I might even spring for the postage!

I've had a virtual road rally in mind for a long time now but I'll wait to start it once things thaw out and members aren't afraid to drive their cars anymore.

Don't most 240s have a tow truck "hanging" from their tow hook? Unless of course they're on a flatbed...
