WELCOME to nico.... you setup looks great and you have just about everything covered for your HP goals. What turbo is that? kinda looks like a t3 super 60 to me....IDK. you don't need an aftermarket FPR the stock one is fine. Do you have any gauges to monitor whats going on with your engine?

you may wan't to get some colder sparkplugs... one step colder should be good and gap them to .030 or so you will def. need a better fuel pump if you don't already have one. i reccomend the walbro 255lph. alot of people run them with no problems.

you can get 350HP out of the stock motor but TUNING is the MOST important part of this. Do you have a wideband O2 for tuning? If not you should take it to a dyno tuner asap.

Good Luck and great job so far.

You got anything to fine tune with or wideband?

and if you do want an fpr, you can use a universal one. an adjustable FPR would be good for little pressure tweaks..aeromotive makes solid stuff.

You don't have anywhere near 250whp...

What you listed will get you to 350whp. The JWT ECU will take care of timing/fuel curves. Slight fuel tuning could make some more power along with maybe a couple degrees of base timing advance.

There is a link to my setup in my signature.

Goign to your local exhaust shop. And they can make it for real quick.Might be mor eexpensive than online. But it will fit perfect. And no shipping charge. So it work out to be abotu the same price if not cheaper.

I feel like i wasted my money buying Wiesco pistons, and crower rods... becuase people hit 350hp on stock block... I should have just bought 3 Ka's with the money and tuned the 1st one to 400hp and when it blows throw in another.. one ... LOL

doesn't the stock MAF max out around 220hp or something..? and the stock injectors can't support 250hp either, i don't think.

I thought someone hit 286 on the stock MAF, but i'm not sure how much hp our injectors can handle

The fuel pressure required to allow stock injectors to support that would most likely kill them brevi tempore.

In the shortest possible explanation, nobody makes 250whp on a FMU and stock injectors setup.
