Does anyone know the limmitations of the Z's engine as far as PSI's go or horsepower? What is is breaking point?

400 whp is about the limit, not many make it pst that point and f they do it's nto for long, apparently the rods give out, and the pistons and the block aren't far behind, above 400 whp you want forged rods and pistons for sure the block I believe is good to somewhere north of 500 whp, beyond that you should plan on buying a sleaved aftermarket block or having a stock one sleaved

400-450whp with a good tune will be safe. Much more and you have a time bomb. We recommend sleeving for 600+, though a few of us are testing those limits now and the stock sleeves may just be able to take a lot more.
