350whp on 1 bar on stock internals is great isn't it? My car lasted for about three years with 350whp on stock internals as a daily driver, with race fuel and 20psi+ very often. IMO, a KA with good oil that is kept at proper operating temperature will make 350whp forever on stock internals so long as you run 93 octane and keep AFR/Timing in check.

You should easily do 220whp at 8psi, unless you are on a T25 or something like that. I did 256whp at 7psi on my previous 50trim setup. 12psi did 326whp.

well IDK what turbo it is EXACTLY I know its a .42/.48 t3 (from what research I have done its a 45trim )

anywho I know it makes a metric *** ton of trq. Like I've said almost too much to drive at times.(welded diff) But man is it SO much fun. Keep in mind this isnt a baller at all, I need to do a ~build thread~...

sounds like he did a rom tune, or had someone do it...

tuned ecu and afc is a great setup, use the afc to "fine tune" then transfer over the info you found and do the work to the rom, bam no afc needed and a spot on tune

I believe Nissanfanatic had his running for several years...Yup, the third post of this thread confirms it - three years.

I drove my car daily on that power level, plus many many tanks of race fuel at 419whp to 500whp for three years.

So what was the cause of it coming to an end after 3 years? Just curious cause im looking for a solid reliable 260-300hp daily setup. I haven't been to a dyno but I seriously doubt my currently smoking t25 setup is touching that goal.

I will only say this, my t25 setup was a complete joke, in comparison to the t3 setup of now, even with a way worse o2housing....

OP, do you have any idea what your timming is when you hit 15psi and what octane is that on?

I'm all stock, with ARP head studs and new oem head gasket, and running 9psi (psig in the manifold) on the same .60/.63 t3/04, and its hell-a-fun! This makes me want to crank it up but a little nervous about timming.

His timing wasn't right. In fact, he posted in a local forum that detonation killed his engine three days after dynoing. The rings blew in cylinders 2, 3, and 4.

Sorry to be a buzzkill.

What type of Gas mileage are you getting with this setup? And why such large injectors?
