Anyone done it before?

I'm about to take a long a** trip with the Altima and I need to know if I'll face any trouble with overheating or stuff like that. I'll take any advice if you have it.

You shouldn't have any overheating problems, especially this time of year, but you might want to think about raising the car up a bit for added clearance for frost heaves and whatnot. It would suck if you punctured your oil pan.

I drove my car all the way up from Arizona to Toronto a few years ago, in the middle of the summer, drove 17 hours for two days in a row, not one single issue! You should be good bro

Damn lol. My biggest fear is sleeping on the wheel. And yeah I already have the car raised for winter

Where are you going? Mexico? 31 Hours from NJ takes you out of the country in any direction, no? Unless Cali is right on par?

dont worry, it won't take u 31 hours, depending on what route you're going though... My parents did a non stop drive back in the day from Massachusetts to Arizona in 25 hours, in a minivan. You could probably do it in 23 if you tried. One thing you may want to look into is if you have winter tires on, you don't want them on if your in New Mexico, its too warm, it'll destroy them.

PLEASE take rest stops. Dont try it one shot, especially if you had planned to drive through the night. I did a drive down to FL back in May leaving NJ at 5:00 PM and I got the graveyard shift on I95. You literally start to get tunnel vision, I dont recommend it.

or bring another person that u trust to drive your car, and switch off. Then you have a non-stop drive, with breaks for yourself, not to mention company for the long drive.
