the price is probably for a Premium 30K miles or enhanced Schedule 1 service. Here at Beshoff Infiniti-San Jose,, Premium 30K is $749 while Schedule 1 is only $299 + $159 for cabin seat filter replacement. They just did 60K Schedule 1 on our M35 Sports and I told them not to replace the seat filter...$358 for everything including a car wash.
I just let the dealership do Schedule 1 on my cars for warranty purposes and then I do on my own whatever is called in Premium package and much more.
I don't know why they charge so much for the seat filter. Unless you smoke or drive the car with windows open, those filters should last for a long time. For an activated carbon HEPA filter measuring @ 3.5"X3.5" that's too much. It won't even take you a minute to replace one. Just raise the seat, feel it under the seat and pull it out. Even if the filter is dirty, if you are resourceful, you can remove the old filter element and replace it with an equivalent size 3M Filtrete furnace filter (you can cut it to match the element size).
