The answer to your question is to replace the engine air filter and in-cabin microfilter, change the oil, and rotate the tires. That plus one of those questionable "free 128 point inspections" from any Nissan dealer should suffice.
If you're going to trade the vehicle in for something new in three months, how many miles do you expect to add between now and then? I probably wouldn't bother doing anything, especially if the air and cabin filters were replaced at 15K.
Replacing the transaxle (AWD) fluid, CVT fluid, radiator coolant, brake fluid, and spark plugs are all optional at 30K. Most people don't do those until 60K and they're fine. Spark plugs are technically supposed to last 100K, but I plan on doing mine at 60K. If you're replacing brake pads and rotors on all four wheels at the same time and the brake fluid hasn't been changed in a while, that's a perfect time to flush the brake lines and replace the fluid.
